What are check-in/out times?
Check-in time is at 2pm.
Departure time is at 10am.
Can I have a late check-out/ early check-in?
Early check-in and late check-out are unavailable due to our farm workload. All guests are welcome to enjoy the rest of their day at the farm after they’ve vacated the accommodation.
How long should I stay at the farm?
We recommend staying 2 to 4 nights at the farm. That way you get to enjoy all the activities, and really relax on the farm and enjoy the surroundings.
What are the food options?
Breakfast is served as a banquet style and is available every day.
Dinner is served as a banquet style with three courses and is served Wednesday through Sunday.
Picnics are available every day.
Pre-booking for all of the above is essential.
Cheese boards are available for pickup from the dining room or delivery to the Homestead and Cottages.
How far apart are the cottages?
The cottages are located roughly 50 meters from each other, within easy walking distance.
What are the activity times?
Daily animal encounter times are arranged at the time of your check-in. For day trip visitors, please email or phone the farm reception prior to your trip to book a time in advance.
All other activities are run on a schedule. Our Farm reception will notify you of all activity times on arrival. If you require this information sooner, please email us.
Can I book activities once I arrive?
We encourage you to book activities in advance as most activities have limited numbers available. If you haven’t booked for activities and would like to schedule some on arrival, please see reception. Please be mindful that there is very limited flexibility.
All activities are subject to availability and are weather dependent.
Is there internet or Wi-Fi available?
The best phone coverage available in the area is with Telstra. Other providers will likely not get reception here. Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi available.
Is there car parking available?
Yes, there is a main car park for day trip visitors, and parking is available at the Homestead and Cottages.
Is there any public transport nearby?
There is no public transport that services the Lost World Valley, the best mode of transport is by car.
Can I bring my dog/cat to the farm?
Cedar Glen is now pet-friendly for camping. Please read more under our terms and conditions.
Can I bring my horse?
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow visitors horses at the farm.
Where are the closest shops/restaurants?
Beaudesert is the last town you will pass through on the way to the farm. If you need any supplies like food, drinks, etc this is the last place you can pick them up. We are located 30kms south of Beaudesert, there are no restaurants near us directly, only in Beaudesert.
